The Foot Petals Tip Toes work great for my higher shoes with open toes. My feet always slip forward and now that problem is solved. As far as being a cushion, it gives a little extra padding but not a lot. I put these on my stilettos because my toes kept sliding slightly in the front. These worked to stop that, but I thought they would provide more of a cushion-y feel so my toes would feel like it had something supporting them underneath. I wish someone had thought if sooner! I got a couple of free samples of these and they are great! Makes most of your shoes comfy again, and all it took was a little foot petal. They also make things for the straps too, but I like the petals for our feet.
