    For perfect results

    by Satcheljane (12 reviews)
This is a great make up tool. Just make sure that you follow the instructions. I didn't know there were instruction :P You have to use it damp, dip it in your foundation and bounce it off of your face for coverage. The smaller ends gives better coverage than the larger bottom part. Things look flawless is you follow thes...e rules. Make sure to wash it after every use:) February 20, 2008, 12:53 pm

    Not bad

I thought this sponge would work wonders on my makeup after reading all the rave reviews, but in my opinion, my MAC 187 brush works way better. It does do a good job blending, but I really don't think it's worth the high price for a sponge shaped like an egg. May 7, 2008, 3:40 pm

    Mixed feelings

    by AndreaLeigh (11 reviews)
I really don't know what to think of this product. I think it is a neat idea, and I like it better than drugstore sponges. However, I just can't get the hang of using it, even after watching youtube tutorials. However, all my friends rave about it has changed their life, so I guess there is something good about it. I mean, ...it does the job, but life changing? I'm just not sure. April 19, 2008, 4:29 pm

You don't know what you're missing!!!

This is such a wonderful tool. The broad base of the sponge is perfect for applying makeup on larger areas like cheeks, while the tiny tip is great for under eyes. This product is also very eco-friendly since it can be washed and re-used. Plus it's super cute! December 7, 2007, 9:29 am

    Wonderful product for latex-allergic people

    by scdrums (8 reviews)
The Total Beauty website referred to this product last week as a latex product. It is NOT latex and will not cause allergic skin reactions. My face is so sensitive to latex that just touching my face with a latex wedge swells my eyes shut in 2 hours. I checked with the makers of Beautyblender sponges and they assured me... that the sponge was NON-latex. If my skin is any testimony, they were absolutely right. I love the variety of uses for the sponge and how well it adjusts to any angle on your face. I'm giving these to my daughters for Christmas. Great product! December 2, 2008, 11:25 am

    Beauty Blender Sponge

    by barbiedolldiva (30 reviews)
I have used this for about a year now. I just love it! I have used just about everything from sponges (throw away) foundation brush etc. This really does help your make-up from foundation to your power to finish up to look so much smoother and put together! January 20, 2008, 8:06 am

    genius

    by luxegirl (10 reviews)
Love this product. It's totally easy to use, adorable pink color and anyone who uses foundation should have one!! It's cone-shaped so it can get the edges and under the eyes and blend everything together flawlessly. That way you aren't wasting product or using your fingers and wiping off what you just put on! Love it. December 11, 2007, 4:54 pm

    Trusted Review
I had read about this little sponge in Allure magazine awhile back so decided to hunt one down for myself. I can't believe what a difference it makes applying liquid makeup! No more smears and streaks like with the traditional wedge sponges. I think it's fantastic that someone came up with the idea of this little wonder!...!! November 27, 2007, 5:00 pm

If you don't own this STOP what you are doing and get this.

This is a staple for every girls makeup bag. I am an Esthetician and do alot of makeup on people. This little darling is a lifesaver. There is no comparison with other sponges, especially wedges. Its easy to clean, easy to use and performs beautifully. A must. October 21, 2007, 6:42 pm

    A must for perfect foundation!

    by Rivka (9 reviews)
I love this! It's the perfect thing to put foundation on with. I've had problems applying my foundation until i found this. I've used foundation brushes, which are too complicated and don't apply makeup smoothly, and my fingers just smear everything all over the place. This helps me sponge the makeup on effortlessly and it ...really makes the makeup look more smooth and natural. It's very simple to use: Wash it with lukewarm water, and squeeze out the excess water until it's slightly damp. Then put a bit of liquid foundation on the back of your hand, dip the beautyblender in it,and press it anywhere you need coverage. don't rub it across your face, though, just dab, or press. It's totally worth the money, and i would reccomend buying the cleanser with it. June 19, 2009, 2:47 pm

  • Manufacturer's Product Description

  • Now you can look like a movie star without the pricey services of a major make up artist. Introducing Beautyblender, the ultimate make up sponge applicator. Invented by top Hollywood make up artists Rea Ann Silva and Veronica Lorenz, Beautyblender has been created to leave you with a professional finish and a flawless complexion. Silva and Lorenz know that the key to a perfect face is simple: a perfect blend. So forget your fingers or sharp-edged triangular sponges, these application methods waste make up and can leave visible streaks. Beautyblenders patent-pending elliptical shape makes application foolproof by allowing you to access hard-to-reach areas with stunning ease. Its suede texture is sensual to the touch and its unique curves fit the contours of your face, leaving your make up dazzling and undetectable. Beautyblender is latex free, non-allergenic and odor free.
  • Directions

  • Blend your way to a flawless face! Seeing make up is the first sign of an amateur application. Beautyblender was created without edges in order to eliminate visible lines and streaks. So go ahead, experiment fearlessly with your Beautyblender and discover the many ways its unique shape will set you free! Bounce Beautyblender against your face when applying make up. Bouncing, called stippling in the make up world, blends make up without creating changes in the texture or tone of your skin. Use Beautyblender's pointed side for hard-to-reach spots like around the nose and mouth, and under the eyes. Use the round base for foundation and blush on the larger areas of your face such as your forehead, cheeks and chin. If you apply make up with your fingers you'll find that Beautyblender will smooth and refine your make up to provide a clean finish. Use Beautyblender damp when applying wet/dry make up. When Beautyblender is wet it is normal for it to expand to nearly twice its original size. Wash after use and place in the Beautyblender insert pedestal to dry. You can also put Beautyblender in the Beautyblender pouch and toss it in the dryer. Be sure to use an air-dry setting; Beautyblender should not come in contact with extreme heat of any kind. If you have problem skin Beautyblender works to cover blemishes. Use the pointed end and the stipple and twist technique to work make up into depressed areas of the face. The stippling and twisting action feathers out the makeup's edges, leaving a perfect finish.
