Cotton swabs have been well-known beauty secret as cosmetics application tools. I used to buy Johnson's Cotton Swabs or Q-tips, but I don't feel any difference when I use the brand name cotton swabs or the one from a dollar store. When I need to save some bucks, things that I throw away after one use is the first place to sacrifice.
