Just like any other cotton swabs
Cotton swabs have been well-known beauty secret as cosmetics application tools. I used to buy Johnson's Cotton Swabs or Q-tips, but I don't feel any difference when I use the brand name cotton swabs or the one from a dollar store. When I need to save some bucks, things that I throw away after one use is the first place to sacrifice. One of the staples
This has been one product I have used for years on end, without switching to another brand. It's my go-to product for little beauty fixes. Mascara where it shouldn't be?
