adds volume
it adds some volume . it holds all day. it has a nice smell. it lives up to its cleaims. i definitely think that it is just as good as a drugstore brand, so I believe that you shouldn't get this (but its still a good buy if you do). it made my hair crunchy because i have curly hair that needs to use only leave in conditioners, so i wasnt too happy when i used it. — 3 years, 9 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Not for me (too drying)
I really liked PM's regular sculpting foam, but I wanted more body so I tried this. Because this doesn't contain the conditioners of the other one, it left my looking and feeling very dry. When I blowdryed and flat-ironed my hair with this product, I got good volume and hold. But when I tried to use it on curls, it was a dry, crunchy, ugly disaster. — 4 years, 7 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 2 people said helpful

Plump Up the Volume
No stiffness here as long as you know how to work it into damp hair. I love massaging this into my root area working more towards the back beginning with the locks behind my bags and then blow drying my hair upwards with a medium size roll brush. It adds body without weight and the hard feeling of gel or hairspray. The extra benefit of this product is that it lasts without creating so much buildup in the hair that it feels uncomfortable unlike some other products out in the market right now. Paul Mitchell's definitely made it's mark with their products nationwide and products like these that are so simple yet so effective that make them one of my favorite dependable hair styling formulas. It's almost like having Mariah Carey and Beyonce's hair without the overnight stylist! — 5 years, 1 month agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 5 of 5 people said helpful
