Being in the beauty business for over 40 years, I was a true believer in Wella Regenal, and used it myself for my double processed hair. I had a hair salon and a full beauty supply store, selling both rertail and professional products. I sold Wella Regenal, but also brands like Redken, Paul Mitchell, Matrix, Joico, etc.. Joico makes a product called Cuticle Sealer, which comes in a liter size. It is sold TO hair salons, FROM one of their wholesale distributors. It works exactly the same as Regenal, but probably has even more health benefits for your hair. Unless you have a cosmetology license, you will have to have a salon order it for you. Check around and see which salons in your area sell Joico products. After using this product over 20 years, and loving it, it has disappeared from the shelves! I am in Southern California, and have not been able to locate it. Nothing works as well as this product for bringing back vitality in bleached/highlighted hair. This product is my favorite because it makes my hair feel great, and it smells so good. I use it after every coloring and no matter what, my hair is always returned to a normal healthy head of hair with shine luster and bounce. I haven't found a product that I like better, and was extremely disappointed when I went to Sally's the other day and they told me this product was discontinued, or they no longer carry it! I was in a panic!
