I used this scrub on my feet because it is not a sugar or salt scrub and can tear your skin. It works fine but I thought you could spend a third of the price on St. Ives' apricot scrub and do just fine. I wasn't so thrilled with the smell that I thought it worth the price. This is the scrub I call the quick fix underdog! If you use this scrub on your tummy and on your lower ab area (you know the kangaroo pouch!!) you will see and feel a difference.
