not for acne, but great basic toner

Just OK

Good for sensitive skin
I really liked this toner because I hate how other toners leave my eyes stinging and face feeling super tight and dry with all the alcohol in them. But since this one is alcohol-free, it was good for my sensitive skin and it left my face feeling comfortable and refreshed afterwards.
