It feels great in your hair. Lathers up nicely and washes super clean. I have since switch to more of a natural conditioner but would recommend this if you like Avedas' products. The Pure in Shampure can be deceiving though, this is not a fully pure product. It has many chemical ingredients. This works fine as a light, everyday conditioner. I wouldn't recommend it for dry or damaged hair--it isn't very rich. I think the best thing about it is the scent.
