Gloopy but works

This polish was very gloopy. Maybe that's why it was on sale. Oh well! At least it was only $2! The colors are actually very nice and I would use them with more frequency if it didn't take 3 or more coats to cover my nail. I wanted to love this line. I really did. I got such a gorgeous blue. I don't normally like blues and I fell in love with it. I use a good top and base coat, and it chipped off, smudged AND peeled by the time I woke up in the morning.
