      Not so thrilled with the scent

      I bought this product about a month ago and use it almost everyday, or whenever I wear my hair pulled into a ponytail. I have to admit, I'm not liking the scent at all. The product itself is quite nice (holding stray hairs in place, for example), but the scent has a medicinal smell, somewhat minty with a whiff of alcohol.... I continue to use it because of its performance and due to the cost. I'd give this a 10 rating if the scent was better, but . . . July 25, 2009, 10:33 pm

      It's not a BAD conditioner, just not worth $75. Bumble and Bumble makes a great one for less than half the price. March 22, 2008, 8:57 am

      • Philip B White Truffle Nourishing Hair Conditioning Creme is an intensive reconditioning creme for color and chemically processed, dry, damaged, porous hair. Formulated with 23.3% Pure Botanical Extracts of White Truffle, Lavender, Comfrey, Hops & Nettle. 6 oz/178 ml

      • Directions

      • Apply mid-shaft through ends of wet hair as needed according to the density and length of your hair. Comb through with a fine-toothed comb for even distribution and ultimate nourishment. For light conditioning, leave on one minute. For more intense conditioning, leave on up to five minutes.
