I really really like this shampoo and conditioner. First, I'm a sucker for anything minty so this rules. It doesn't have sulfates, which was hard to get used to, but I've found that if I just spend more time scrubbing, my hair gets clean with the same amount of shampoo I've always used. The conditioner is also not very "spreadable" and I'm not sure if that's because of the no-sulfate thing too, but that's ok because my hair gets really weighed down by conditioner anyway. This "miss treated" hair shampoo and conditioner has done wonders on my hair! I use heat on my hair daily and my hair is still shinny, frizz free and healthy.
