This is great for knees,elbows, and I like to use it at night on my feet. I put extra on after initial moisturizing and sleep in socks. I wake up with smoother heels and feet. I was a Ballet dancer on point for years and odly eneough the tip of my toes crack and peel like heels, so they too require special attention.
