I use this after I wash my face as my moisturizer at night if I feel like I can skip a regular moisturizer (which is often b/c I have combo skin). I'll pump once into my hands, rub my hands together, and pat my entire face area. It gives a very light dose of moisture to the skin. I would not recommend using this product alone if you have dry skin. It can also get a bit messy because it is a liquid (basically like water) and you have to form your hand into a scoop to hold the liquid at first.
