the BEST eyebrow pencil

if you use some kind of eyebrow pencil, powder or whatever, drop that stuff in the trash and go out and get this eyebrow pencil. it's the best, most natural looking eyebrow pencil EVER. it's formulated so that it only draws where there is hair. for instance, if you try to use the pencil as an eyeliner on your water line, you'll get nada. on the back of your hand, nada. it only shows up where you naturally grow hair. it's perfect to fill in your eyebrows and looks very natural. it's also lasts forever -- a little goes a long way!! i have one everywhere that i apply makeup, in my apt, my gym bag and my travel bag! it's the best! — 4 years, 6 months ago
