      great toner

      I know many claim you don't really need a toner. But for someone with testy, sensitive, dry but oily skin like me, a GOOD toner really helps. This has got to be one of the best toners I have ever tried. I LOVE the smell, the feel, and what it does. It really does it's job and prepares my skin for the serums and moisturi...
