  Decent

  To me, this is decent mascara. The brush makes it easy to get every single, baby lash. The formula makes it very easy to get a nice, dark, full layer in one - two coats. And I love the brush, it's actually shaped like the tube. If you put on too much, or try and layer a lot, the mascara will flake. I personally think that t...his mascara is not the best if you are looking for a lot of volume. I think it is more of a lash definer than it is a volumizer. I am usually able to wear 1 coat for 3 hours, give or take, without flaking. But as I stated earlier, if you choose to wear more than 1 coat, flaking is more likely. I often will have little flakes all over my eyes after finishing my makeup if I put on 2-3 coats. I do not think this mascara is worth the nearly $30.00 price tag. The packaging is very flimsy, my tube even had a nice chunk missing on the lid, and the wording fades very quickly, especially if you are like me and are traveling with makeup a lot. I would not re-buy this. Though I do admit the brush is nice and the formula is quite pigmented, it is just not right for adding a lot of layers, nor is it good for those who are active.   THE Best Mascara Out There!

  I LOVE this mascara! I am really picky about how my eyes look, and this does it all! It adds tons of volume and lengthens and curls too! It isn't clumpy either, even after a few coats. I wear contacts too, and I have never had a problem with it flaking into my eyes or smudging after I've had it on for a while.   not another mascara

  This one is DIFFERENT. It goes on very thick without the gloppiness, yet lashes are somehow very separated. The look is shiny and luxurious, because it's very black and glossy. A brand new tube is very wet, so it lasts longer without drying up. The shape of the tube feels great, as well as it's looks. If you never bought... a luxury mascara, this is the one to try.   The bomb!!

  Very possibly the best mascara formula I've ever used.....it builds and lengthens in few strokes, curls, doesn't leave clumpy stubby ends, and lasts all day! It's a bit pricey for something that needs to be replaced so often, in my opinion, but i just love it so much that I'll have to bite the bullet!   money well spent

  I absolutely swear by this mascara for the best building for dramatic eyes. I love the finished look of jaw dropping eyes. You can go light and get wow or go with a couple of coats and get Bam! Try it and love it. November 13, 2007, 8:08 pm

  I've tried better

  Wow, I really don't see all the hype about this mascara. My drugstore mascaras are WAY better for a fraction of the cost. It didn't do much to my lashes at all. I know I'm in the minority about this mascara, but it just didn't do a great job for me. I will not purchase again. May 5, 2008, 12:39 am

  Sparkle Hypnose Mascara

  Lancome recently came out with a sparkle version of this mascara to use either alone or as a top coat. I love this as a top coat as it opens my eyes. But using it alone, there is not enough color to accentuate my lashes. The quality is great, it does live up to its claims, and lasts all day. April 24, 2008, 7:49 am

  i have tried a gazillion other mascaras and now that i've used this, i will not try anything else. i use it with cils booster and together, they are fantastic. i also have sensitive eyes and wear contacts, and it doesn't bother my eyes or flake off whatsoever. March 31, 2008, 6:24 pm

  Long, lush lashes

  Usually when a company promises volume and dramatic lashes, I am skeptical. However I was thrilled to discover that Hypnose lived up to the hype. My lashes looked great, no clumps, and the brush separated lashes very well. I was very impressed with this mascara and definitely recommend it! December 8, 2007, 9:23 pm
