Helped me beat the Texas heat.
by gigi1980 (11 reviews)I have fine hairy that can end up oily by the end of the day. So, when I moved to Texas, I was having a hard time taming my frizzy locks without making them look greasy. THE BEST DAILY HAIR TREATMENT

Directions
- Apply to hair wet or dry. For fine or oily hair, apply sparingly and away from roots. For thick or coarse hair, apply generously, starting with a small amount and working in more as needed.
