Give this old classic a try, you won't be sorry.
Shalimar gets a bad rap as "grandma perfume," because it has been around long enough for women from previous generations to have loved it too. That's a shame, because it isn't dated, it isn't weird on a young woman, it is simply sublime. It has a vanilla heart, but it is spicy and a wee bit heavy and floral, and the dry down is so gorgeous that you will be huffing yourself surreptitiously all day long. Puts today's candy-vanilla scents to shame! I get compliments on this one

Great scent
This was my grandmother's sig scent. When I came across it as an adult, I wanted to be reminded of her but I thought it would be "an old lady" scent. So I tried it out and it's definitely not!! It is actually quite sexy, but sort of fresh and sophisticated too. I liked it so much that I bought a bottle and I still have it after quite a few yrs.
