More a lotion than a toner
I live in Florida and yes the last thing you want is for your face to feel sticky. I use this after washing my face both morning and night. I pump a small amount into my palm and massage into my face. You can use alone or let it dry and then put your day or night cream on top. Love this product just by itself.
