GREAT!

good, but not great
A good product but not good enough for the price. I have to follow-up with the clarifying lotion to take a lot more of the make-up. Well, I guess I've extended its use to the face, and not just the lips, lashes and lids. But if used for those three, I think it does a pretty good job. Not worth the money
I tried this cleaner after hearing good reviews from it. However, it does NOTHING to take off my eye makeup. It's greasy, messy, and ineffective. Even when I'm not wearing waterproof mascara, it has a hard time taking the makeup off my lashes. Not only that, but it irritates my eye when a little product gets into it. I've had other makeup removers that never irritated my eye because it had a highe...read morer water content. I don't think this it worth the investment. Great
I got this as a free sample with another clinique purchase and now I actually buy it. It takes off waterproof mascara, eyeliner, concealer, anything. And there weren't any harsh chemicals or anything that would irritate my skin. So Good!
This is the best make-up remover on the market..Non-irritating, which is perfect for my sensitive skin. The liquid is very good but I also like the cleansing balm in the jar (it's a bit hard to find sometimes)but it's good for traveling with if you're worried about liquids spilling. really gentle and works great

Decent Make-Up Remover

I first received this via a sample gift package from Cli...read morenique. I fell in love and got the real thing. This stuff is so gentle and it does the job thoroughly. Using cotton balls, I can remove the day's make up and not have to worry about eye irritation. No lashes were lost in a battle to rub off mascara (like I've been victim to with other removers). Just make sure you shake it up to mix the watery contents before use.
