This isn't a full coverage tanner folks - just to get that disclaimer out there. The steps would be to 1st exfoliate well, then to moisturizer your more dry areas, then to use a self tanner, then to apply a shimmer after the self tanner has dried. Best thing ever!!!!!
This stuff is amazing, yes it does look better if you are tan, but if you arent, what i like to do is mix a bit into my lotion and walaaaa! I just love stuff.
