  I'm always on the hunt for a new eye makeup remover. I heard how great it was & that it was even a top pick by the Cosmetic Cop. I regularly wear waterproof mascara for my lashes to hold their curl. Using this product, I have to scrub and scrub so much to get off my mascara that gentle is not the word that comes to mind......and it definitely irritated my eyes and the skin around it.   Gentle :)

  I have been using Avon eyemakeup remover for years and it's what i used every morning before washing my face. But i wanted to try something new and The Body Shop gentle eyemakeup remover does the job as good as Avons'.It's a little expensive but it's a big bottle and eyemakeup removers last soo long because you only wind up... using a tiny bit each time.   The only remover I will use

  This is the best eye makeup remover out there - not greasy, not oily and doesn't sting! I have used this product for years after trying many others, and I always go back to it. I will make a special trip to the mall just for it. December 22, 2007, 6:31 am

  First I was using this and it didn't take off my cream eyeliner at all and just smeared it around, but then I read the instructions on the site (just in case, you never know!) and it suggested to press it over your eye for a bit THEN wipe! It was like magic erase. They give you a colossal bottle that's sure to last you fore...ver, doesn't sting unless you open your eyes, and takes off waterproof stuff as well. July 12, 2008, 3:31 am

  Great product!

  This is by far one of the best eye make-up removers I have found. It works so well, and does not irritate the eyes. My eyes are sensitive, and this causes no problems whatsoever. Pleasant fragrance, and takes all make-up off quickly. Great product! May 13, 2008, 10:07 am

  Great eye make-up remover.

  This product works very good. It removes eye make-up and mascara quickly and gently. I do caution that you don't use too much of the product at a time, if you use too much you my experience some redness. Great product. February 26, 2008, 8:17 pm

  Best Make-Up Remover EVER

  Very gentle around the eye area; you won't have stinging eyes when finished! The BIG difference I've noticed with this remover over others I've used in the past is that it is NON-OILY. A lot of the removers I've seen combine two levels of cleaner (and typically you have the shake the bottle to get them to emulsify). There i...s no shaking, no fussing with the Camomile make-up remover; just put a little on some cotton and you're done! The lady at the Body Shop did recommend holding the cotton ball/pad on the eye for a few seconds so that the remover solution has a moment to dissolve your make-up. If you do give it a moment to "soak in," you can remove your eye makeup with only 1 or 2 rubs. I really hope they never discontinue this product! June 2, 2009, 8:42 pm

  Love this stuff!!

  This is a great make-up remover. I have used it for years with my sensitive skin. It has NO, and I mean NO oily residue afterwards, and all you need is a cotton ball or cotton gauze and its 1-2-3 and no make-up left over. It doesn't irritate my skin. and it lasts forever! March 16, 2009, 8:02 pm

  best make-up remover

  i've tried oil based eye makeup removers to remove waterproof mascaras because they're effective but my vision tends to be hazy afterwards because of the all the oil in my eyes...this product works great because it lives up to its claims and never fails to remove eye make up and even the most stubborn waterproof mascaras......I love this product because its gentle and it also give great value for your money!
