    Love this foundation!

    by macabregirl74 (3 reviews)
I'm not a big foundation girl due to the way it feels on my face but, this stuff I love! Philosophy's Supernatural foundation has the full coverage as a liquid foundation but in an easy to use power form. I have and oily t-zone and with other foundations or powers it tends to look a little cakey towards the end of the day,... but with Supernatual I have none of that, my skin looks flawless all day and not to mention it has an SPF 15 too! The packaging is great, super portable you can carry it in you bag without having to worry about it spilling and there is a built in mirror on the top of the cap. October 16, 2007, 5:14 pm

    My desert island must-have....

    by peggyjoshops (2 reviews)
This is the BEST foundation I have ever used. I have sensitive, dry skin, with cheeks flushed like a 75-yr old alcoholic! I have been on a quest for 25 yrs for the perfect (or even acceptable) foundation. I have very fair skin (with the aforementioned redness from my Danish ancestors), and finding a color light enough th...at doesn't make me look like a corpse (even though that's my natural color) is nigh impossible. As my financial status has matured along with my upper lip, I've traversed the beauty wasteland from Cover Girl through the pricey. I discovered this foundation by a fluke, when I was at Sephora purchasing other products. I was looking at the Sephora body washes, and thinking about either going for a snack or drinking one of their dessert flavors, and I became intrigued by the delivery system of the foundation. (ok--I'm intrigued by all things cosmetic). I purchased the product to try, because I liked the lightest color, and decided to give it a try. I was very pleasantly surprised--it's gorgeous! I didn't jump on the mineral makeup bandwagon when BE first arrived, because it made my face look like a desert wasteland....I tried several brands and just didn't go for it. But the Airbrush Canvas made my skin look like a beautiful suede....soft, smooth, and flawless. I won't use anything else. I've tried a couple of different foundations recently, because I can't resist anything new. However, nothing else comes close to the Airbrush Canvas. May 28, 2008, 7:33 pm

    Skeptical at first

    by TangerineTots (5 reviews)
I love Philosophy products and thought I'd try this powder out. I was used to using pressed powders or powder puffs and wasn't sure about this applicator. I would dab it on my face to spot cover my imperfections or even out a couple areas. I set this powder aside while I tried Bare Minerals and Burts Bees powders. I have si...nce come back to this powder as my hands down favorite! The applicator is amazing and sure beats loose powder all over my counter and clothes. The best way to apply it is to rub in small circles around your face...similar to the Bare Minerals recommended application. The powder does not cake and goes on smoothly and evenly. Although pricey, it does last quite a long time! April 24, 2008, 3:55 pm

I LOVE THIS FOUNDATION. I BOUGHT EVERYONE THAT IS FEMALE IN THE FAMILY ONE FOR CHRISTMAS. FOR 35.00 THIS IS A STEAL. I HAVE PAID UP TO 100.00 FOR FOUNDATION THAT DID NOT WORK HALF AS WELL. I TRULY DO GET AN AIRBRUSHED LOOK ON MY FACE. I DONT HAVE A PERFECT COMPLEXION TO START WITH SO THERE IS NO MISCONCEPTIONS. I HAVE NOT ...HAD TO CHANGE THE SPONGE YET AND IS 11 MNTHS INTO THE FOUNDATION. WOW. I BOUGHT TWO SHADES, A DARKER FOR SUMMER AND LIGHTER FOR WINTER, YOU CAN EVEN MIX THEM IF YOU WANT. I BOUGHT MINE AT SEPHORA. MOST SPECIALTY STORES CARRY THIS PRODUCT ALWAYS SEE IT FOR THE SAME PRICE. IF YOU WANT TO LOOK LIKE YOU ARE A PIX THAT HAS HAD TOUCH UPS, GET THIS PRODUCT.....YOU CANT GO WRONG. NO CLUMPING, NO LINES OF DEMARKATION. IT IS JUST AWESOME. LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT! This stuff rocks.

    by jaynalee (5 reviews)
I have naturally oily skin, and so most foundations just clog and make me break out. This, however, goes on lightly and washes away easily, and has never bothered my skin or caused a break out. It doesn't feel heavy on my face, and doesn't make me even oilier. I love it also because it's so easy to apply and always goes on... evenly and blends smoothly to make me look as though my skin were naturally flawless! And the color fits me perfectly, not too dark or too light. May 18, 2008, 6:41 pm

    The Best!

This was purchased on a whim online - even guessed the color. Well the color was perfect (Beige for my light skin), and the product is amazing! I have not been to thrilled with powder and mineral foundations int he past - this really blends beautifully, looks natural and not overly shiny or matte, lasts all day, doesn't i...rritate like some mineral products, does well with touch-ups from more products or a pressed powder. I have found it has lasted far longer than other powder foundations and the packaging is genius (though I did invest in a replacement puff). May 2, 2008, 3:31 am

No one knows you're wearing !

The first time I used this, I got so many compliments on my looks. It is a foundation I have been using for over two years. I will never go back to liquid. It goes on smooth, you never would know that it came from a sponge applicator. May 18, 2008, 8:43 pm

    The best yet

    by texaspeech (2 reviews)
I have tried over a dozen mineral foundations, and this one is the total package for me. The sponge applicator gives the fastest and most complete coverage of any other applicator brush I have used. With this foundation, there is no need for spot concealing because it covers everything in one take! I like the semi-matte ...finish and after your skin warms up to it, it is flawless protection. Easy to apply on the go with the built in mirror on the top. And replacement sponges keep the product from getting stuck inside the sponge. Who could ask for more?? Can't do without it! HG mineral foundation, thus far.

    by dsauro (3 reviews)
this is my HG foundation! i was a BE convert, and loved it until i discovered this. in general, i love the philosophy line, so i was very happy that i loved this. the BE is great, but leaves me very "shiny", too much mica i suppose. this is more matte and just looks like my skin, like i have nothing on. i always m...ove the product into an empty sifter jar, and use my BE kabuki swirl-tap-buff method. the original packaging is cute, buti just dont find it effective, i hate the sponge. plus, i was wasting product everytime i opened it to use my brushes and some would fall off the sides. the price is a bit steep, but im a product junkie and have paid more for less quality items. im a MAC NC45, and have a perfect undetectable match in bronze. Nice Mineral Foundation!

It comes in a nice portable container which I appreciate. And, it allows you get light-to-medium coverage, based on how much you layer it. Also, it doesn't add a false look to my face like a lot of other mineral makeups often do. November 25, 2007, 10:24 am
