Excellent!
I've been a huge fan of this for a long time! It's super effective without having to rub or tug. It dries to a matte finish, which is much different from others I've tried in the past. My Favorite!
This is by far my favorite eye makeup remover. I usually hate eye makeup removers, because they leave an awful greasy film on my lids that takes at least three washes to get off. But this one is smooth, light, effective and it even has a light lovely scent. The best eye makeup remover money can buy! Almost miraculous
Not only does this quickly remove eye makeup, even waterproof mascara, but it feels refreshing. This is the only eye makeup remover that does not make my eyes burn. Since it contains no oil and leaves no reside, I can remove the colors that don't work and immediately apply a fresh set. It also works great as a lipstick remover.
