Almost miraculous
Not only does this quickly remove eye makeup, even waterproof mascara, but it feels refreshing. This is the only eye makeup remover that does not make my eyes burn. Since it contains no oil and leaves no reside, I can remove the colors that don't work and immediately apply a fresh set. It also works great as a lipstick remover. AMAZING!
