If I Could Give It Zero Stars...
I would. I bought this for $8 from Sally's, thinking that because it was Orly, it would be worth the money, and that since it came in a fairly large bottle, I was getting a good deal. I really, really wanted to like this product. It did absolutely nothing to my nails except make them sticky and subsequently ruin my manicure. It leaves filmy spots on top of the polish that will not wash off, despite saying "No Oily Residue" right on the front of the bottle. I can't see how this can ever be used for some other application besides nails, so this product is going straight into the trash.
