I've used better.
If you like your top coat glossy, this one's not for you. It doesn't fare much better as a base coat for me either. When your polish starts to peel it will come off in sheets. Good for guys
This is a great coating for male toes. I know that most guys don't like shine on their toes, but it really makes the toes stand out...like "hey, I'm clean...I don't have an STD and I bathed this week!"
