    Quick dry and no chipping

    This is my special occasion nail color. I still like my first shade - Dark Angel (please don't ever let it discontinue!). This nail color is smooth and creamy, not watery. One coat is usually enough, but sometimes I have to do 2 coats for my thumbs. I enjoy coordinating these unique colors with other MAC products. MAC has t...aught me to be more creative!     if you dont stay right on top of them the new shades seel out instantly, which is the only bad thing about MAC polish. other than that, you cant go wrong, b/c you know how much youd spend on a mani/pedi? well, this looks that good and you get to keep the color! May 21, 2008, 8:36 pm

    Polish Perfect

    Confectionary is the perfect polish. I keep my nails and rarely go to the salon to manis. This polish gives that looks of well kept hands at a fractions of the cost. Two swipes and the perfect color and shine create a salon mani. November 12, 2007, 5:01 pm

    I love Mercenary! I've heard bad things about MAC polishes so I was hesitant to purchase, but I'm so glad that I did. Application was a breeze on this one, perfection in two coats. This color is very complex and hard to describe; a dirty, bronze gold it the best thing I can come up with. My only complaint is that is it pret...ty chippy but I change my mani enough that it isn't a huge problem. July 9, 2009, 4:08 pm

    I have the MAC nail Lacquer in about 8 or so shades and i love them all! The color lasts forever and it great quality. I would definitely spend a few more bucks to buy the MAC polish. May 14, 2009, 8:19 pm

    Excellent Colors, Not The Best Formula

    Unlike many others here, I experience a bit of chipping with my MAC polishes. I have to be very careful to get a topcoat on them as soon as possible so that the manicure has a chance of lasting more than a day or two. But the colors just can't be beat - always vibrant and on-trend, you can't go wrong choosing your polish at... the MAC counter. My personal favorite is Rocker, a dark red with a light sheen for a touch of glam. This is a permanent color in their collection, versus a limited edition, so it's always easy to find.     Lasts long no chipping

    I can honestly say that Mac nailpolishes only take 2 coats to to achieve bottle color and they usually last about 5 days without chipping and I use my hands a lot. July 17, 2008, 10:03 am
