I have been extremely pleased with all of the Bobbi Brown products I use, and I loved the lip colors extremely well, so I decided to try a gloss. I got the Cream Lip Gloss in Red Plum, and it is a really great product for me. I like the tube, it's small enough to put in a pocket, I like the applicator, it loads enough color, but not too much product so you end up with a mess. The pigment saturation is really great, it almost looks like a lip stick that is really shiny after I apply it, it has great coverage. I had no problems with bleeding or feathering. It was just sticky enough, but not too sticky and goopy as other glosses I have tried in the past. I found that I wasn't always reapplying it as I usually do with other high end glosses, it really wore better for me than many other glosses I have tried. I also found that it is really a nice gloss to layer over my lip colors for a different effect, and it gives a really nice sheen to the lipstick I apply it over. For me, it is a really nice versatile lip gloss that I can use alone, orover another lip product and get some really great looking results, and it really moisturises and protects my lips from the elements. My lips simply don't dry or chap when I use this, so I don't have to apply balm under it. Good gloss, cheap brush

This lip gloss in itself is a good product. It is smooth, fairly long wearing for a gloss, color true and does not smudge or feel tacky. However, the brush is small and has a tendency to "fan out" after a few uses. This can lead to smearing during application due to the stray brush hairs that stick out. Other than the brush this is a good product and I would buy it again. I'd like to see a redesign of the brush in the future. — 1 year, 2 months ago
