A good starter palette.

This isn't an eyeshadow palette for the eyeshadow/makeup connoisseur, but it is still a decent product for the beginner. It is only moderately pigmented, and better when eye primer is applied. There are also some nice colors (not too dramatic) for ladies new to makeup. While these aren't GREAT characteristics, it made it perfect for my friend who wanted to branch out in terms of color, but didn't want anything drastic, and didn't want to invest a lot of money in more products. I got it for her for her birthday and she enjoyed it a lot. The packaging will do the job, but it's not anything fancy, and the applicators are cheap sponge tip things. These apply well, but are a bit light. They are pigmented well, but go on more sheer than expected. I also wish they came in more interesting colors. I bought all three of these when they were on sale. And I must say that I've used each color at least once. It was more shimmery than what I expected but I still love it.
