thick, drying
this wasnt just oo thick and clumpy, i think it dried my lashes out, i saw lots of flaky bits and i couldnt get a lash comb to pull thru to try and save the operation. had to redo my entire face. i think 'washoff waterproof' is the only good mascara from avon. — 5 years agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 5 of 6 people said helpful
