It doesn't help with styling, doesn't seem to protect my hair from heat, or anything else. It's affordable, but since it doesn't seem to be doing anything, I'm kind of disappointed. The spray apparatus is easier to use than traditional liquid sprays, but also a little awkward. I believe a YouTube guru recommended this and I decided to get it and try it out myself. The smell isn't not the best and I actually grown to enjoy it.
