When I was a little girl, I remember loving these and when I mean little, I mean literally in elementary school and loving the different scents, colors, and flavors it came in. I actually can recall a couple of my friends having a few of their own as well. While someone posted that it was her five year old's lipstick, I think I share the same notions when I was younger believing this was my form of glam source without getting into my mother's rouge like cosmetics. I feel these balms don't moisturize as well as other medicated or regular balms do but these sure please me with tempting scents and flavors and they're great to use as a base under lipstick to smooth out any flaking skin and creates a smoother application for lipstick. Worn alone, these seem to fade away within a few hours of wear but I'd keep repurchasing them because they're an inexpensive way to look polished with the added cutesy factors. May 19, 2008, 12:47 am

What can I say. I am a grown up still in love with the Bonne Bell Lip Smackers. When I was a teenager, my aunt use to let my cousin and I go into the local department store every couple months to pick out new flavors of the lip gloss. I am going to turn 40 in three week and I STILL love the taste of Bonnie Bell. Only now I buy it for my nieces, who love it! Some products change over time for the worst, however Bonnie has stayed consistant and I love the keychain with it now. It's always a hit with any girl over 8 and every once in a while I even buy one or two for fun to have in my purse for whenever I'm feeling like I miss old times. It definitely takes me back. This is my absolute cannot live without product. I've been using this since I was in grade school and it came in large sticks with strings to hang around your neck. I do accuse this product with my addiction to lip balm, but I don't think it's such a bad thing to have to constantly reapply this great smelling balm to keep my lips soft all day and night! :) April 22, 2008, 10:38 am

I have to agree with the other girls that have reviewed this product, it's been around since my childhood days and I still love it! For starters, it's affordable, it glides on nice and smooth without that sticky goopy feeling, it has the slightest hint of color, it's a great gift for any age, AND it smells soooo good! I started using this when I was 11yrs old, and now that I'm 18, I still use it. They're very moisturizing, they're delicious, they're sheer, and they work great as a base before applying my lipstick or sticky lipglosses. They may seem like they're just for kids, but they work just as great as some lipglosses that are much more expensive, so anyone can wear them! December 4, 2007, 8:50 pm

everytime i see it i remember being 11 and it was my very first makeup, the 'dr.pepper' one, it smelled just like dr.p, and it was very slightly reddish on your lips with a bit of shine. all my friends used it too, and they all had their faves, cotton candy, bubble gum, strawberry.....so innocent, so fun !<3<3<3<3 April 30, 2008, 12:59 pm

I've used this lip balm forever, and turned my now 24-year-old daughter on to it.when she was young. She is addicted to it as well! It smells great, tastes great, and keeps my lips from getting dried out or chapped. It's a nice pick-me-up whenever I put it on. I love the Kiwi and my daughter is into the Pink Lemonade.
