Leaves Brushes Clean and Soft

With all the makeup that I own and a touch of germaphobia, you would think I would have been smarter and bought brush shampoo sooner than six months ago. This is so easy to use that I now wash my brushes every day. With a fresh smelling scent, this leaves your brushes clean and soft. Just a couple of squirts, rinse your brush, squeeze out the excess, and you are ready for the next go around.

Excellent Way To Clean Makeup Brushes

I was looking around the internet for a brush cleaner or shampoo and came across several, some of which had good reviews and others that didn’t. I finally looked into the Sephora brush shampoo and decided on it. I had never used a shampoo on my makeup brushes before, but my new foundation brush required a lot more than just water. I couldn’t seem to get it quite clean and I was really excit...read moreed when the shampoo came in the mail. I like that this sanitizes, according to the label anyway. I really liked that idea because I would hate for any bacteria on my brushes to cause breakouts. Anyway, I tried this per the directions on the label and found that it cleans my brushes remarkably well. The liquid makeup brushes were a little more difficult to clean, which is why I decided to give this 8 stars instead of 10. I had to use quite a bit more of the shampoo in the palm of my hand to get the liquid makeup brushes clean. However, it is an overall good brush shampoo and doesn’t have any harsh chemicals, smells, and has worked for me pretty well thus far. In addition, this brush shampoo, in my opinion is helping me to keep my brushes longer. As someone who values the idea of conservation in every area of my life, I like the idea of using brushes rather than disposable swabs or sponges as a small way to keep some things out of landfills. By keeping my brushes clean, I am able to keep them longer and use them more often than I might have otherwise. Furthermore, my brushes seem almost like new after using the brush shampoo because their original softness is brought back after they are clean and dry. Overall, I highly recommend this product.

Useful

I used to wash my brushes with soap and water, but this is a lot better. It actually makes my brushes softer, which feels really nice. Not a huge fan of the smell though.

Yucky!!

Never knew how much gunk and gross stuff came out of makeup brushes. sephora's brush shampoo is what i swear by now, i have fewer breakouts and my brushes feel softer longer. recommend this product to everyday brush users. and for the cost, it is worth it.

wonderful

I love the brush cleaner. you never realize all the build-up until it comes off. Since using this product I have fewer break outs and softer brushs. I use it every 2-3 days.

Amazing

This first time I used this I was disgusted at all of the junk that came off my make up brushes. Now I use this every so often to keep things clean and gunk free!
