Eh. Not great. Surprising for Neutrogena, but this product really is inferior to most. I happen to really like the smell (it smells like creme brulee; yummy) but the texture and the after-feel isn't great (slightly tacky) and it's not that moisturizing at all. I guess to each his own...I put this on last night before bed and a minute later my husband shot up and said..."I smell something really wierd...can you help me find it?" and he started sniffing around, then I was like, ummm. is it my hand cream? and he sniffed my hand and recoiled! it's not to my liking either, but i like the silky texture and it feels good on my dry hands...the smell is like, fake, yucky vanilla buttercream...a different smell would make this wonderful! — 4 years, 1 month agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful

I was surprised at the price. It smells delightful, but it's not as thick as I would have imagined a "butter hand cream" to be. Still, I use it every night before bed.
