Lovely scent but not the best results
This is one of the inexpensive conditioners that I buy occasionally because it is easy to find at drugstores. Thier new fortifying series (Shine Burst) seem to be better than the original formula. I like the scent and the price, but I disagree that this makes 5x stonger and smoother.
