there are better ones out there
I'm glad I only wasted a few dollars on this one. It was almost like using oily water and it definitely did not get all of my eye make up off. I had to really scrub at my eyes to get the mascara off (and I don't wear water proof mascara) which left my eyes irritated and short a few eye lashes. There are other make up removers out there that work far better than this one. I guess it's true that you get what you pay for. Next time I won't try to be a bargain shopper, I will buy the good stuff and pay the extra money for it since I know it will get the job done.
