bareMinerals Eye Defining Brush Reviews

can be good for blending
This brush was one of my first BE brushes in a kit so I had to work with it. The trick to this brush is to get all of the extra powder off of it or it will end up on your cheeks. I do like this brush for applying and overall coat from crease to brow and for blending. Again, the trick is to have all the extra off ot this brush! — 3 years, 6 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Over priced
I love how BareMinerals will have getting started kits so you don't have to go broke buying all the brushes. This brush is good for applying shadow in the crease of your eye. Personally I say the brushes are pretty overpriced most of the time they are over 20 dollars. I'd say your best bet is to buy the getting started eyes kit you get 4 eye colors and 3 eye brushes for 50 dollars. Buying the brushes alone included in this kit would cost you about 60 dollars so it's a pretty good deal I think vesus buying the brushes individually. — 4 years, 9 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Not the best...
I agree with the others that this is a mediocre brush at best. Whenever I use it, I'm never sure where the pigment is going to go. Definitely not precise. — 5 years, 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

ONLY IF IT COMES IN A KIT
This product is just OK. Like mentioned before, it is not for precision work. I always seem to end up with dark shadow on my cheek after using it. However, I did like the other brushes I have bought from Bare Escentuals, so I can't write them off completely yet. — 5 years, 5 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful

not for the cost
A nice shape but too big. I find it distributes color from my lashline to just above my crease; not in the crease, but just above. Too bad. Not for precision work. Overall a decent brush. Like a previous poster mentioned, it does shed a bit. For the price? Nah. — 5 years, 5 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

A Step Above Drug Store
Bare Escentuals makes quality mineral makeup but brushes are not their strong suit. If you are used to drugstore brushes, these are definitely a step above and will feel luxurious. But they shed and can be scratchy. Besides there are much better brands for the money. I cannot recommend these. — 5 years, 5 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful
