I like to use my fingers for under my eyes and a brush for blemishes. i really like this stuff as a concealer but I haven't tried it as an eye base yet. I also wish it came with a mirror. 	Too Faced Makeup Remover I got this at Nordstrom Rack for $4.00. It is a reasonably effective remover that doesn't leave a residue. Most of the time it stings, and sometimes it can leave red blotches around my eyes. Not good. The bottle is adorable and so is the pink-toned product, but even $4.00 is too much to spend on pain.
