I left it on for the whole 15 minutes and when I rinsed it off, I was bright red everywhere I had applied it - but it faded to normal after about a half an hour. 	Juice Beauty Lip Plumper This "lip plumper" doesn't show any real plumping results, but the balm feels incredibly light and moisturizing. I use it as an everyday lip balm.
