Actress Kate Hudson Wears a Glowing Makeup Look at "Nine" Premiere

The actress, pictured here at London's "Nine" premiere with metallic eye makeup, decided to soften the harshness this time around and accentuate her golden skin by using sexy, eye enhancing makeup and a pale lip gloss.

While the recent trend on red carpets has been to sport a smoky eye, Hudson went in a different direction and relied on sparkly pink and light bronze tones in her shadow choice.

The actress' makeup artist applied a gold eyeshadow, which matched Hudson's blonde locks, right underneath her brows. Then delicate pink shadow was applied to her eyelids and along her lash lines. Black eyeliner applied along the outside half of her inner and outer corners and multiple coats of black mascara gave her eyes a sexy finish.

The eye makeup coupled with the sheer pink lip gloss epitomized Hudson's California-girl persona. While the actress went for a similar color scheme with her makeup at the London "Nine" premiere, her use of metallic silver had too much of a futuristic feel. Hudson's New York look definitely was a nice tone down for the actress.
