Ever marvel at those chicks who parade around in super-short skirts and stiletto witchy-toed boots in the middle of a Nor'easter?
As someone who's all about the cozy and has been mistaken for Nanook of the North on several occasions, maybe I'm not one to judge, but there's got to be a happy medium between snow slut and abominable snow person.
For me it's just that when it comes to winter and the staticky hair, dry skin, brittle nails and chapped lips it's hard to feel pretty. (Solve your winter beauty problems with these tips.)
