Damn Pimple!

It's day four of Fashion Week and of course I woke up this morning to find an unwanted friend on my chin. I know I haven't been sleeping enough, drinking enough water or eating right since I've been in New York, but it's just not fair for a pimple to pop up during Fashion Week. All I could think about as I was interviewing makeup artists today was the throbbing spot on my chin and how disgusted they must be by it. I've now become obsessed with asking all of the artists how they make models' skin look gorgeous midway through the week when their skin isn't behaving as well as it did before Fashion Week. It's true, models get breakouts too -- so at least I'm not alone.
So far the best advice I've been given is to drink a lot of water and use a concealer that is easily blended and very moist so that you can reapply it without having it cake or crack. The key makeup artist at the Staerk show recommended Laura Mercier Secret Camouflage. I might have to go pick it up in between shows tomorrow. I have used it in the past and almost forgot how great it was. Do you have any pimple concealing suggestions? I'm all ears.
