I already knew my makeup bag is neat because that is how I keep it. Old make gets thrown away because I have to make room for the new stuff. I just wanted to see if they knew that I keep my bag clean and organized.

I throw out liquid liners but pencil ones I keep forever! I just cut off the tip an resharpen!

You should always throw out old makeup ESPECIALLY eye makeup and you should never let anyone use your eye makeup as it spreads germs. I should know as i've had an eye infection from trying on my mums eyeliner (it was pretty old)

Tossing old color cosmetics is a must! They can harbor germs and cause eye infections and more.
