I get the nose thing. If you are really unhappy with your nose and being as it on the front of your face, I can understand opting for surgery, but the other stuff, I don't know?!

This article really shows that you can have good plastic surgery, but if the work you have done is noticeble it isn't atractive at all. Donatella is of course the worst!

Gah, it's a shame, what plastic surgery can do to people. I suppose, since celebrities have the money, and most of them need to look "beautiful" to stay in the biz, this is what they need to do to get the look.
