One reader says, "Target sells gummi vitamins for much cheaper and I bet those would help your skin just the same ... as in 'not much' -- don't waste your money!" Others call it "expensive glorified candy," saying, "Looking at the list of ingredients the thing that pops out at me first is that these [gummis] are mostly sugar in the form of cane sugar and corn syrup." Another says, "don't buy this product. It is too expensive and doesn't do anything. Buy candy it's cheaper."

Arbonne has changed the fizzy tabs to fizzy sticks. This is s much easier to use especially in a hurry. It dissolves almost instantly and not only do you get the vitamins you get the energy with out getting a burst. No jitters and never have had a crash. My favorite is Pomegranate (just had one) and I have been known to mix the citrus surge and pomegranate for a change of pace. Love this product!

Please, like all these are really necessary. Just go with a plain ole prenatal. My Dr suggested it and I'm not preggers. Great for skin and hair.

Dr. Brandt has several water boosting flavors and a great Detox supplement as well. You find it on ebay or amazon for cheaper. I've been using these since 2008 if I'm in a rush or forgot to drink my tea in the monring and throughout the day. This product is quickly absorbed and feel the difference within a week. Def. worth the original price. My pre-teen daughter loves it before her workouts and sports games, instead of drinking reg green tea.

To be honest, it is quite easy to choose the vitamin combinations that are best for you, buy a 7 day pill divider, and create your own vitamin packs. The vitamin packs sold at stores aren't specific for you. They are general. I don't want general, I want formulated for me and for my needs.

I would go to my local health food or vitamin store and talk to them about what you are looking for. I am sure that you can find the supplements listed here for a lot less. You may have to make your own vitamin packs but how hard is it to put two capsules in a ziploack bag instead of spending $50 for someone else to do it for you? I used to go to a popular health supplement store and pay $50 or more for a months' supply of vitamins adn supplements. Now I pay $50 for the individual supplements and a box of snack size ziplock bags and make my own vitamin packs for months, not just 30 days worth.

Thanks for doing this article. It seems like everytime you turn around there is an advertisement, commercial, endorsement, etc. for a new "Must have Beauty Pill" or some secret breakthrough in science concoction that will Promise you all of these benefits and more. However, I think the answer is something quite simple and instead of spending tons of money over the years...just to find out that it's just another product being plugged to make someone mega rich, is to find out first hand from other people who have tried different things and given their "Truely Honest" Opinion and let the results Speak for themselves. I appreciate all of the contributers that did just that in this article. I plan on trying some of the Recommended Suplements and the Aveda Tea in Hopes of them showing me some of the same Results and Benefits I Desire!!!

Didn't find this article that helpful - seemed to be a bit of an advertisement. If you're interested in energy and other health benefits, there are many, basic multi-vitamin/mineral supplements that have been tested that will give you the benefits you desire.

Thanks for the information, supplements are needed by everyone. It would take consuming over 4000 calories a day of the right foods to get all of the nutrients that are needed. Our food supply is too nutrient poor to give us what we want.

I'm disgusted by this article. People shouldn't be consuming these products unless their doctor recommend them because they have a true issue. It's sad how in our society it is normal for people to be influenced by things like this that can make a person sick. What happened to eating healthy and treating your body right? These products are not what I expected to see when I read the title concerning dietary supplements. I didn't know that there were supplements claiming to clear up acne. I agree that our food sources are contaminated with bioengineering, pesticides, and herbicides. I wish I knew the answer to our dilemma.

I actually just stumbled upon this site and am loving it! I am actually an independent consultant with Arbonne and so excited to see such strong ratings! I felt compelled to join though because of the previous post......I totally understand how you feel because I thought the idea of supplements was hog wash! Just eat healthy right!!! Yep, that was my philosophy too.....I was also a teacher so VERY skeptical but began pouring myself into various aspects of this company that so many were talking about. Oh my gosh! Vegan supplements......and what your body truly needs verses what we actually CAN eat in a sitting is crazy ~like one can sit and eat 5 bunches of broccoli a day and this goes on......but needless to say myself and my children have never felt so good!! Since then, I quit teaching and love watching Arbonne change lives......for many of us in the Health and Wellness it isn't about the money....even if I won the lottery, I would be using the products and sharing them still :)

Hmm, I have a concern with the description of the product voted in as #1, unless losing weight quickly is its only benefit. Nowhere was it mentioned how the weight was lost; nor did it mention an energy factor. The message I received was exactly like if totalbeauty.com told me toothpaste B was voted in as #1 at a 9.9 rating because using it made my breath smell nice. See what I'm saying?
