TotalBeauty.com average reader rating: 7*
Why it's great: This product claims to help boost metabolism and curb your appetite, and readers say it works. "I found that it did give me energy and curb hunger as it promised. I used this product in combination with other Figure 8 products and lost over 40 lbs. in two months," one reader raves. Other plusses: "Once I got used to the herbal taste of this product, it got me to drink my water every day, which had always been a problem for me," one reader says. And another adds, "The boost you get is a nice energy, not a burst of caffeine and then crash like with some products." One reader claims, "I feel better and look better, too."

I have always been nervous about colon cleanses... but if this one is as good as they say, I may be giving it a try!

You can get a lot of beauty supplements from vitamin stores that sell all natural stuff--*much* cheaper compared to the ones purposely advertised for beauty.

Can't wait to try the Aveda detox tea. I've tried other ones and they are not the greatest tasting thing ever and felt no results. Might also have to try some of the Arbonne products. Great article.

Thanks for doing this article. It seems like everytime you turn around there is an advertisement, commercial, endorsement, etc. for a new "Must have Beauty Pill" or some secret breakthrough in science concoction that will Promise you all of these benefits and more. However, I think the answer is something quite simple and instead of spending tons of money over the years...just to find out that it's just another product being plugged to make someone mega rich, is to find out first hand from other people who have tried different things and given their "Truely Honest" Opinion and let the results Speak for themselves. I appreciate all of the contributers that did just that in this article. I plan on trying some of the Recommended Suplements and the Aveda Tea in Hopes of them showing me some of the same Results and Benefits I Desire!!!
