Why: Readers found this product to be more greasy than creamy. One reader says, "This cream took forever to absorb into my hands (and my hands get pretty dry). In fact, I don't think it ever really did. While it was on, it stayed greasy, and somehow didn't seem to moisturize that thoroughly at all. I also have to say that jar-style packaging for hand cream is tremendously inconvenient. It may be cute, but it's annoying to have to screw a cap on when your hands are covered with extra-greasy cream." Another reader says, "The feel of the product is very heavy and greasy. It feels as if I were using Crisco shortening on my hands. I couldn't even wash it off without using dish soap. I was very disappointed."
