My take on the Beach Workout Running the first mile on the beach isn't too hard. But I'm woman enough to confess: That's because I stay near the water, where the sand is super firm. After the first circuit, I collapse (thankfully the sand is there to cushion my fall) and have zero leg strength left to complete two more miles. Circuit be damned. If you have the stamina, this is a great workout. But I have to say, next time I head to the beach I'll skip the squat jumps and lay out instead. Baby steps, right?
Some of these workouts sound like they would be fun to incorporate into my workouts. Although I am agree with editor a lot of these demands that theses workouts demand seem a little unrealistic for the average women especially for ones with a life outside of the gym. She did a great job of being honest and having a great sense of humor!
I'm a skinny-fat person too. It's always nice to see a non-fitnessaholic person's take on workouts. It certainly makes me more inspired to give them a shot.
Yea I don't think I can do any of this without panting my buns off. Like the editor I do not exorcise at all and cannot seem to give up bacon. 99 workout? I don't know...
As my news years resolution is to drop some pounds, I will definitely be trying out some of these work out routines.. the skinny b***t and the 99 workouts seem as if they show results quickly.
Funny enough, I literally spent half an hour just yesterday looking over exercises on pinterest! I did see some of these, but I was definitely daunted by the 99 workout.
