Definitely want the Clarisonic and those Pillowcases! I've heard so many times about how changing your pillow cases frequently or putting a different towel on your pillow for when you sleep reduces the amount of acne you can get, and a pillow actually exists for this type of theory? Crazy!

silk pillowcases are also great for acne and wrinkles (hair too!) I love the plastic surgery thing, i've wanted to see what i'd look like with a nose job for years! And the cooler make up bag thing sound great, but too expensive, you could probably get away with using a gel cool pack in your bag if you know it;s going to be a hot day?

The Quantum scale concept is interesting. However, if a person feels like their worth is attached to their weight, knowing how many pounds up/down they are vs. the exact number of pounds won't really make a huge difference.

I personally love the clarisonic. I have noticed a dramatic improvement in my skins texture and tone. It is much softer and smoother, and it really does seem that my products are working better. I love it!!! It's well worth the money.

I have the Clarisonic Mia (in pink) and I adore it. It's definitely worh the money. It removes makeup that I thought I removed. I really want the pillow set now. That's the coolest thing I've heard of.
